Chapter 3: H.G. Wells (Paul F. Tompkins) welcomes Algonquin Round Tabler Dorothy Parker (Jen Kirkman) to the Dead Authors stage. The liquor does flow and the mots are bon! Mrs. Parker's employment of the occasional spicy phrase earns this Chapter its red-letter rating.  Do not listen with your maiden aunt unless a fainting couch stands nearby!

  • Jen always does a great job on DAP. Really. Like she prepares and is funny as well as edifying.

  • This one has me happily reading "Dorothy Parker What Fresh Hell Is This" You introduced me to someone I had far too long overlooked! Thank you!

  • So the chapter 2 and chapter 3 issue is discussed pretty much in the first minute of the podcast. Serious in the opening minutes. Ps. Jen Kirkman is amazing.

  • I am sorry to be a dunderhead, but where is chapter 2? I suppose this is some cool, ironic, hipster thing that as an old person (37) don't understand. I feel left out. If there is a chapter 2, would someone help me find it? I so enjoy this podcast
